Ember X-cepted

My first speculative horror short story has been accepted for publication in THE POWER OF TEN anthology. This book celebrates the tenth anniversary of the San Diego Writers and Editors Guild anthology, so it is a great honor to be included.

Without dropping any spoilers, in this story, Oskar wakes up weak and disoriented after an unusually long induced hibernation. He slowly comes to realize that his life is a waking nightmare from which there is no escape.
